Data Collection Extension Pole: 2 Foot 9 Inches retracted to 4 Foot 3 Inches extended (.89 Meters to 1.3 Meters). This Pole offers the technician the ability to stay on the ground in a safe position, away from heat sources and working equipment and collect the data required to maintain the reliability of their equipment. It has a Hexagonal inner pole that prevents twisting and a rugged fiberglass outer pole. The smooth Grip Tip holds the Magnet & Accelerometer in place so they cannot loosen: no need to re-tighten. Change the length with no slips as well, just a touch on the lever and the poles lock securely in place. Also included is an Extension Kit: This pole is designed for everyday use and can eliminate the bending and stretching associated with normal accelerometer placement plus provide a safe procedure in dangerous situations. The Extension Kit enables the user to customize the Pole to reach those very difficult and dangerous locations. The head joint is manufactured from stainless steel.
The Data Collection Pole comes in two Models:
* WAP-101 includes REM-104a Flat Mount 50 lbs. Magnet, 1 inch Diameter w/Amr, for flat surfaces and a Two Pole 50 lbs. Magnet, 1 inch Diameter w/Amr for round surfaces. Included with both magnets is a 1/4 - 28 setscrew.
* WAP-101-S includes the REM-110a Flat Mount Magnet, 85 Lbs., 1 1/4 Inch Diameter w/Arm: refer picture No. 3.
Both Data Collection Poles also includes an Extension Kit.
