Returns
Returned merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. All
return merchandise must have a return authorization number (RA#) posted
on the outside of the shipping container along with the same RA# inside
the container. To obtain an RA#, email us at maxporter@portermax.com
or please call us at (775) 826-7503. Responsibility
is not taken for any items returned without clear RA# markings.
Please pack the material carefully, return the package via UPS and
require a signature for delivery.
